Herbal Essences Naked Shampoo! [Review]

free of heavy residues, parabens, and dyes, my moisture shampoo and conditioner restore hair’s natural moisture and pampers each strand. dare to bare your softest* hair with herbal mint fusion extracts.

I've seen so much about these shampoos and conditioners through others, I wanted to give it a try myself. I know they retail for a cheap price, so I figured if I didn't like them, then I wouldn't be wasting much money.

I decided to try the "moisture" line out of the choices they had (moisture, volume and shine) and ended up finding these at Walmart for under $3.00 each.
Initially, I wasn't sure if I was going to like the minty smell. But its really not strong. It's a light mint smell, and not overpowering. I used these as soon as I got home, and I was impressed. A little goes a long way, it lathers well. I like the tingle feeling it gives your scalp, you KNOW its working
The conditioner also does its job, providing lots of moisture. Once my hair was dry, I could feel a difference. My hair/scalp felt cleaner, and my hair was so soft, I couldn't stop touching it!

I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a decent shampoo and conditioner, at such an affordable price!

*I purchased this with my own money. All opinions are of my own*

March 2014! Ipsy Glam Bag! [Review]

The theme for the month of March is "Destination Beauty." The bag itself was supposed to be inspired by a map of San Francisco by artist Klari Reis. I'm not a huge fan of this bag. The material of the bag is nice and sturdy, but I'm not a fan of the pattern itself. I also prefer the bags that have a zipper on the top, instead of the front of the bag. I'm sure I can find a use for this bag, and if not, maybe I know someone that would like it.

February 2014 - Ipsy Glam Bag! [Review]

The theme of the month of February was "The Look of Love." We were sent the CUTEST pink bag, with light pink leopard lining. It has been my favourite bag so far! We also got 5 samples this month, in a variety of full size and sample sizes.

January 2014 - Ipsy Glambag! [Review]

New Year, New You! Ipsy sent us glam bags that let us start a new year, with new, fresh skin! This month focused on skincare and hair, more than the usual cosmetics. It was a great change, and I actually found a new moisturizer that I love, and have been using for a few months (you will see below!)

December 2013 - Ipsy Glambag! [Review]

After reviewing my November ipsy glam bag, I couldn't wait to see what would be coming for my December bag. I hoped it would live up to great first bag I received!

The theme for December's bag was "Celebration"

Everyone was sent a textured, black bag. It's simple, yet different. This could be used to carry makeup, or even as a clutch for an evening. What made it even better was that I received my bag the day before my birthday! A nice little gift to myself, from myself (and ipsy!)

My first ipsy bag! November 2013! [Review]

I wanted to start a blog when I first started to receive my ipsy bags. I saw online many reviews of the products that others got, and wanted to review the ones I got too.
Ipsy is one of the monthly subscriptions that makeup lovers can subscribe to.
